hey, can an unclanned other than Biotech buy a Biotech clan key and then activate the key?

You have to be in the faction and have 70 symp (and done the epic?) to use a clankey.

Yup u have to of done the epic, which is a bit annoying if its only the temp epic. (had to do CS epic to start new dark clan) and got nothing worth while :)

And n e 1 can buy the key (preferably a barter)
