OT: Cyber-Punk Games

Which games in your opinion have the best cyber punk feel?

Personally I likes Syndicate Wars for the cyber punk feel... trench coats, hover cars, dark city...lots of links with anime/manga (dunno how that adds to the feel but what the hell), gangs of punks causing trouble... anyone else think another game has the same feel?

Hmm... i've completed deus ex, yeah.. i like the feeling but you dont get it until your in the city... like the china-town area, i just like syndicate wars because theres thousands of civilians no matter how many you murder...i mean... catch in the line of fire :p
