I finally found one of those damn mobs, and no it wasnt in a desert zone. I found a tank one, i was after pistols but i dont care, i found one after 4 damn days

I gave up looking for the god forsaken chips.... I really wanted to make a bit of money off them but they are SO GOD DAMN HARD TO FIND.
Luck is all that biccy is, watch him play CS once in a while and you'll see what I mean. :p
If I can be bothered I might go looking for these, but I haven't got a clue how strong they are..
gj biscut, but i must ask, what the hell is the purpose of a chip that gives -200 peirce and -100 energy?

This isn't fun KK... I don't want kamis handed to me on a silver platter, but i don't want to have to fast for forty days just to see a kami....:mad: :mad:
Goto TH and come out the north way out (on the map, north i mean) turn left and run east for a few zones, u will soon come to zones with them tree's and hills that just dont look at all, Natural :p
Alex and I spent every night since the last patch came out looking for the kami mobs and haven't seen one yet. I don't want it to be easy, but I think these spawn rates are a little too low. You shouldn't have to spend weeks just to find one.

I came across the commander in I_12 earlier today, i had no chance of course, but I saw him. It was right smack in the center.

Well my clanmate discovered one of the kamis at sektor J_09. So I came to assist him. It was a difficult task considering we didn't have a ppu, but we finally managed to take him down.
Holy thunderstorm was actually of use in taking him down. Unbelievable, I always thought the spell was crap. :p

It does look they they are moving twoards NC tbh
the first sets were seen in the K zone, now they are spotted in i_11

im not 100% sure, ive found 1 in 4 days. I might be looking in the wrong place though
I'm pretty Sure that Pluto is the only place that they do not spawn. I spent 8 hours driving through all I - K zones.
And not one sighting.
^Yes they spawn, but no where near as much as they appear to do on other servers.
My APC took so many beatings from DOY bots when driving around.
Best part of the day was finding two Gay Elite Storm bots holding hands :D

I saw them yesterday when I was out hunting Kami's (we got 1 psionic kami that dropped 4 chips but i didnt get one :( damn u opar!!!).

I wouldnt be mad if they spawned a little more frequently.
Ive been searching all zones from Techheaven to Escador oasis (in an rectangular shape including Yutano mine and such).
I have covered that area twice the last 2 days, without even spotting one :(.
Sure i think it should be an challange or an quest to get this implants, but running around in the wastelands for hour after hour...Well, when they reach NC i guess we will see alot more of them :P. Hope the CopBots win the fight though, then ill loot their corps :)

[edit]Now isee why callash gave a secret pattern :) Its so much cooler to figure it out for ourselves (as players) tahn have the GM(/DM :p) give us all the obvious information.... The game is finally becoming OUR game, with OUR intelligence being important.

I sitll can't find one on Pluto.
And i have been searching for ages.
God knows how much i have spent on APC repairs but i'm sure if i worked it out it would not be worth it.
