PSI PA impossible to get?

Ok, i dont know if its just me doing something stupidly wrong etc etc. but i cant get any PSI PA from the dude at Tawkeen Village cause he says i dont ahve the required Armor Suit. I think it may be because all the PA's were changed a bit last patch and it aint recognising i actually do have it :confused:.
Again i may be wrong, but if someone else could test it or back me up or anything it would be well appreciated!

You probably have the wrong tank powerarmor. That happened to me, kind of, my friend had to get it for me because the pa guy hates me and won't talk to me. Double check on which tank pa you have.

Well i bought the first 3 versions and i dont think its the 4th one, if it is im stuffed though cause im falt broke now :(

Do you have the correct psi vest for the monkeh armour you need? You need Tank PA, PSI Vest etc..

I had the new melee PA, i didnt even know it existed.
