make tradeskills viewable by people from citycom.

on runner info, let the runners construction, research, recycle, implant, and repair viewable.

if u want it to be private have a checkbox or somethin saying
"Tradeskiller Yes / No"

and if u press no it says "This character is not a tradeskiller"
that way even if u do tradeskill but dont want others to see incase u are also a fighter, and ppl would then see / think ur tradeskills will make u weak

why not? i think it may help some honest tradeskillers out, i mean i started a newbie tradeskiller the other day and i was 0/6 and the guy didnt believe that i researched tl 100, jsut because all my points went into that, plus it helps against scammers
