mmm.. okay I'm looking for a post.. dont remember what forum it was on.. (only that it was on the NC forum) and I don remember that name of the poster... but the post was about capped skill points.. I think it was a GM or something that posted it... you could see inside the post what skills ment what to like DMG on a rifle.. or what skill afected like the range of a PSI spell...

Help please.
