Does NC support Dual Monitors

Does NC support spanning across 2 monitors? Also why doesn't it allow me to select my second Gcard after holding shift when starting NC :(

I currently run a double monitor set-up just to keep an eye on Team Speak and the like while I play Neocron. I personally use dual 17" LDC's running off a Geforce4 Ti4600. If I could somehow make my 2nd monitor into more then a "I can see team speak text messages" holder, I would be on happy puppy.
