well that would be nice, but i somehow doubt that even if thats what the notes say, that it will actually be that high....but hey you never know

no it's 50% of what it previously crawled up at MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

PSI gain is 66% of max gaining rate.
NOW INT is at 50% of the max rate.

It raised from 33% to 50%, so infact it is a 50% raise. (since 33*1.5 =~ 50)

But thats now enough for maths.

50% was on the testserver.

In the current patchnotes they only say "moderate increase", which can be anything (33% -> 34% maybe :p).

However, as far as i tested the increased INT gain is NOT working yet.
