Neocron Server-Stat CGI (being fixed)

Currently because of the new retail patch, some of my network
code has to be redone. I will try to get it fixed ASAP but one of
the more important reasons I made this thread is so others would
not get confused from the 0's on the graphics.

Regarding the patch, it's because of the encrypted password
change, I'll have to change a thing or two ;)

Sorry if anyone got confused because of this.
