Problem when opening Neocron

When i double click the icon on my desktop and the usual patch update appears and and connects once i get past the 3 ads the neocron program says fatal run-time error and quits out of the entire program. I've tried restarting and such but still no luck. Please PM me if you have any suggestions or answers. Thanks.

Maybe do a file check up or reinstall.

file check would be my suggestion too.

failing that, if your on 2k/XP, ctrl-alt-del and end a precess called api32.exe

that stops me from logging in occasionally at the same time u fatal.

Or maybe you've selected a bogus resolution.

I tried sticking in something random as a screen res.. and it promptly fatalled on me because it couldn't switch to that.

Try holding down SHIFT as you press "Play NC" and re-select a new res.
