Constructing Question

When contructing a rare chip does any more than the minimum cst lvl make a difference (as it does when making a rare gun). Or will rare head implants always be made 120% when built?

They will come out 120%, however, just having the minimum required const. isn't recomended. In the past it was possible to actually break a part if your const was too low. I havn't been a low level constructor in a very long time so I'm not sure if they still break or not.

It wont broke any parts if you fail constructing rare. I got 200 cst myself, but i still fail occasionally with weapons like first love, doombeamer and distruptor. No parts lost anyways... just try build it agan

Yeah I've played around with my friends constructor and I fail seldomly. It's alot easier to fail as a researcher. Never broken anything on a rare weapon job though as a constructor like I do on tech parts as a researcher.
