I would like to speak to Sandra Lane in-game. Does the runner Sandra Lane exist in-game? Or is she represented by someone else? Therefore can I send an ingame e-mail to 'Sandra Lane' and expect a response? If not could somebody please PM me with who I need to get in contact with. Thanks in advance.

There is a runner on Pluto called Sandra Lane, but I can't say I've seen her around.
