so
atm, i have a rifle spu a ppu an apu and a cst, i wanna delete my spy to make a new player
cant decide wich.....
can you plz tell me what is the most enjoyable (IYO) to play

its not what we like its what fits YOU
Private Eye, to and through. Decent in combat, looking good, have fun weapons and some tricks like stealth, and can do a tradeskill like hacking or implanting. I like.

ohh ohh PE definatly, pistols or rifle..both have their fun up points :D deleted mine unfortunatly..they just dont stand up as the key fighter in OP battles :(
THis is no contest really, pistol PE by FAR.
no argument... even if your "best" class is tank or monk, pe is most fun. pe u have options, and gotta think to build. monk, tank are cookie cutter. Even a great spy is a bit weak without drugs. but a pe you can go may weapon routes, have a tradeskill, and be a good fighter. Defenetly most fun and involving.

you cant compare a pe to a tank, its a completely different playstyle.
PEs are most fun all the other classes are all so err linear now that that hybrids are almost kinda gone.

Pistol PE is better than rifle, Don't need hardly any lore (80 max really) so plenty for PSU and IMP/HCK.

Good choice. After the hybrids are gone, PE is most definetly THE fun class to play.

a tank definately, pes are the most ub3r of fucking ub3r boringness to lvl up....tanks are actually FUN to play the first time, i would of gone for a apu monk but u got one so bleh :p

But I think pe's are boring. No specialisation and weakest roleplay oppertunity's. Being a tank is good for roleplay. I love acting all un-emotional and stupid. :) Monks are good too. "sight is for the weak of mind......" :cool:

wut he said... while my primary class is monk (had him from the start) i still say PEs are more "entertaining" to play... especially the "gank-and-hack" routine :D

Pistol Spy, because of the ease and simplicity of their configuration.
However, for capped level PvP - Most fun class, is, and always will be.
The Pistol PE.

pistol spies are useless unless building guns, pes are borign cos your capped in about 10 hours of powerleveling and tanks are just plain stupid

(maybe i will start to like them again when i am going to cap my tank, but... i somehow doubt it :))
If you want a fun character, it has to be a PE.. you can do pretty much everything. You can drive all the existing vehicles and operate the weapon on most of them - you can have a tradeskill at a reasonable level, wear a good mix of armour and have access to allmost all dex-based weapons and a fair number of
"tank" weapons too. As has been mentioned before, you can even stealth, just like a spy.
If you're really crazy, you can do all of the above at once, just like me :D

If your driving goal is to be TEH UBER then you cant afford be anything but specialised.. but if you want to have some fun, then play PE's the way they're meant to be played..
..like Bards, but without the singing and prancing ;)

Nice to see that there are still "such people" around who don't care about specializing.. :)
This is by far the most idiotic thread I have ever read, no offense meant but everyone has their own likes and dislikes. No one can decide for you, you can onyl decide for yourself. I say that you should go with what you feel like goin ( all though i play a spy and find them most enjoyable).

My PE used to;
Drone(Obsy's), Drive(Rhino), Hack Ops, Implant TL 84, double as a PPU ...as a rifler :p

While you are right with your statement, I still think it is possible to give an very accurate idea of which class is the most fun to play based simply of the common definition of fun in MMORPGs, i.e. how much different things can I do with my class, how much fun can I have with it.
If your personal goals vary from the common (like mine do for example) you usualy know it and you ask for more specified things that would lead you to have fun with your class.
Thats the spirit QD - shame you LoM'ed / Re-rolled it all away ;)

Tank was really fun and then...more fun and then....WOOO TANKS ROCK and then I get to rank 59, snag a CS and I'm like "Wow, PVP aiming cannons is really hard...screw this I'm makin' a PE!"

H-C PE is the most fun I've ever played.
Effective in PvP? Er, no.
Good for farming tech-parts? Hardly.
Sheer fun to play? Totally.
tanks suck now and are boring.

hate the levelling aspect but personally i love my ppu for opfights. id rather play him than the others, purely coz it means i get to see more of the battle. :lol:
Seriously though watchin my clan mates go to work on our opponents is more of a buzz for me than taking part. I still play an integral role on the battlefield looking after them all and i take pride in my work keeping them alive. Its more rewarding for me knowing i saved 5 people on our side from dying than contributing to killing 5 people from the enemy clan.
However ppus aside i have to say pes have the most finesse. Tanks i find way too dull and simple. Then i guess its each to their own really.

Im gonna have to agree with arc (OMG NO!), I think apu monk is the most fun to play. It may not always be easy to level but its a good challenge :)
i just made a new PE with tech and pistols And OMG im SOOOOO loving it =D.
This is just soo much fun it unbelievable.

i have played all classes,
pistol pe most fun but kind of complicated to be ub3r
tank easy to play easy to figure out .. big damage
ppu least fun and most work
everyone loves you though praise the mighty ppu !!!
apu big damage .. glass cannon
spy fun to stealth and snipe with 4 slot silent hunter but close combat = pwned
most fun out of all = PE pistol :D
just cant decide wether to go all pistol and libby with big damage or TC with stealth and hightech weaps for energy damage ..
hmm tough call both have advantages .. i guess stealth is more fun but seriously i think all low tech pistol skill does more damage .. proof is rade loosing to vex ... rade hightech .. vex all lowtech and beat her with libby. that says something .. check rade thread if you havent =) i know pvp skill is important too but with all lowtech you can actually cap damage which really helps.. good luck !!
all classes are easy to lvl even pistol spys... they can solo wbs just as early as the other classes.... and in a cave team you got a ppu
