The only way to fix this game's playerbase would be to permanently ban anyone with an account, take down the servers, rename the game, edit all the text to korean, open a server in korea, give away all the subscriptions that were bant, to korean cellphone owners. Start putting it in korean game parlors. Oh yeah, and hire international hitmen to take out anyone who has ever played this game, and by take out I mean either stab repeatedly with an ice pick, or shoot in the head with a gun. Then have the hitman take out their families in this manner, and anyone in direct relation to their families.
