I was talking to some guy on the test server and he told me he had 147 agility on his tank, and like 26 athletics. He had capped running speed with Power Armor 4.

From my calculations the highest a tank can get without drugs/buffs is 114. That's every point into Agility except 89 in TC (Needed for weapons). This is also wearing a balance advancer 3 which adds +15 agility.

SO...is the only way to actually get 147 agility to use drugs? Or is there some method of taking off TC points and using imps to make up for the TC and putting those into Agility.

Don't you get pretty near 110 without any implants at all?

Dex cap at 70. start at 3. so 67*5 subskill points = 335

89 t-c (dunno if there's tc implants a tank might viably use, so say base 89): 50+50+14*3=142 points used, leaving 193.

175 to get to 100 agl, with another 3 from what's left for 103.

Not sure on starting subskill points, but that's likely another few points. Then 14 from exp foot and 15 from balance 3. S'gotta be getting fairly close to 147 in the end, and could in theory get more from other implants (though not sure if you'd still meet str reqs for weapons/armour and might lose out on valuable h-c).

Or is my math bad?

81 TC with boost u can use a CS

that lets u have 113 AGI

113+14+15+3-10=135

But if he used A STR 3 booster he would have 145

Yes but he said PA 4 and even with a back str imp he would be druging like a crack ho to wear that PA.

Thats the problem with these setups never know what drugs these people are useing.

if hes using drugs, 1 tiger blood is 30 agl :o You can get like 250 agl if you really want

I'm just trying to find a good "run-fast" setup with at least PA2 in the next patch because PA2 is going to be 100 str. I don't regularly use PA2 when I PvP but I think with good agility I'd be able to be fast with the armor on and evasive as well.

EDIT: Okay I figured out what I'm going to do...

I'll have 89 TC
I'll have 131 Agility (If I trade my Hardenbackbone 3 for a Reflex Booster 3 I'll have 141)
And I'll even have 36 points in recycle for my ammo.

I'll only have 110 str with imps, and only be able to use Speedgun, CS and Moonstriker. Doombeamer sucks anyway and my friend uses my malediction so thats no problem.

I think I'm gonna like this setup :)
For now until next patch I'll be using PA1.

Wow.... 250 agility.... thats some pretty high jumping :p
