You cant, I just turned my whole hud bright orange so I could see my reticle ;p

My old one, its better than my newer one but the recticle is to hard to see when placed on a pa2 tank :( if anyone or ANY devs/mods/GM's know if u can somehow change the recticle alone plz plz by all means tell me :)
