Why is it that there are 4 lvls off tank pa, 2 of which a capped tank cant use without drugging, and 4 lvls of Monk Power Cloak, 1 of which a monk cant use even by drugging. I dont mean to complain er anythin but it just seems a bit pointless creating armour which u can use unless ur a gm :\. Has any1 heard anything about this?

there are going to be new chips coming out with DoY that will let you get even more of your class's main skill.

they are reducing the str req on tank PA in a later patch because it is kinda pointless ...

Im not sure about the psi PA

they adjusted the reqs on monk PA on the test server, dunno to what though

Yea if you have a impsetup like DS,Core,Exp 3 and psi mem 3

So monks only have 2 PA:s that can be used w/o drugging

On the test server Tank PA requirements are equal to monk PA requirements now, so you're able to use PA3 without drugging.

As for monks not being able to do so; it was also recently introduced there that psi-attack and psi-defensive implants increase psi a bit, allowing you to use the PA3 without actually ending up with less APU/PPU.

but 130 isnt reachable without drugging, and no monk will want to drug, as ull need to do it everytime u gr :\, which makes a completely pointless set of pa which no1 can use....thx for the info btw
