This is the question:
The NPC says I need to get some Tech Parts form The Dome of York. Where do I get such Items?
Do I have to go hunting Y.Replicants for this Tech Part? Or do I go to the area where DoY is supposed to reside and if I have to do so, whom do I speak with/fight?
