omfg i go to controls and i change my viewmode to ALT+L and now i cant fuckin fix it i tryed chaning it back and everythign but i cant go to 3rd person anymore wtf.....

Go back to the options screen and set them back to default controls... then rebind your keys... keep in mind that ALL you Keys will be set to the default settings... and ALT+L must be something else ingame cos that happens when there is a conflict or something within the key bindings... :)
if that is too much work for ya then you could always type(ingame) the switches to go to 3rd person: D
