I think its just Neptune thats going to be effected.

Time down is CET, so they probably running on CET +1, coz CET is GMT+1 and BST IS GMT+1 so DT = CET+GMT+1/BST*Pi 8|

If i read the german post right, the DT is from 0 till 2 gmt+1

Since east cost is 6 hours behind ... that makes 18:00-20:00 EST
or 15:00-17:00 PST if i dont error.

I think it's gonna affect all servers.

1) We had an admin announcement about it on Uranus

2) They would have said if it was only going to affect 1 server.
