quick i need OT help

my paint shop pro wont save JPG's or anythign else but Paintshop pro images what the hell is going on all the images on my comp are paintshop pro now this is rettareded

Not the Save or Save As

Um.... can you please delete that image? It's indirectly proportional size/content ratio is melting my brain.
