I think filter to should get more resist. Right now 1 in every 10 leapers drop a lvl 2 and then you got a 1 in 16 shot at a filter and this is being generous. They sell for 3-4 million right now on saturn and all this for +2xry and +5 poisin.
I would like to a see a little more xry maybe +15xry and +20 poision.
Filter Heart two's piss me off completely. I mean its a drop, and people are paying as much as a good rare item. I don't think that it needs more resist in it, it just needs to drop more often. As do all rare chips/parts in the game.

Yes what I ment was you can BP a lvl 1 and get +8xry and +10 poisin.
Or luck out and get filter 2 or pay 3.5 million for it and get +10xry and +15 poision.

I dont think it needs a higher drop I like some rare shit that not every tom dick and harry have. I think it could be better for its rareity.

Well I didn't start any flameing IM just trying to talk about other thoughts on the filter 2. Then this guy comes in and starts the shit up. Anyway I know what he was doing hiting F12 like mad instead of GRing. Right click didn't work niethr did ESC? for a reason you cant come up with? Sure bud you were taking screen shots of res killing and guess what its perfectly legal and now he is mad that the GM's said sorry bud its a legal play.

Anyways to be on topic in a thread that's headed for closure, the Filter Heart 2 is too rare for what it gives. So either up the drop rate, or up the resists it gives.

I think all the hearts suck tbh. All have painful negatives. Id like to see a new heart, maybe rare, with no negatives, like + 10 hp, + 10 xray, + 10 poison, + 10 end. Not overpowereding, but quite worth it to get. I also think filter hert neds a boost.... 2 xray and 5 poison over filter 1 is no big deal... maybe same bonuses but only -3 con? or -5 con but 15 poison 15 xray.
