View Full Version : Another Billing Question(frequency)...
How do I go about changing my billing frequency? I am currently in the middle of my free month and orignially signed up for 1 month, at a time billing. I now want to change it to 3 months at a time, for a better rate, however, I cannot find a way to change the billing frequency at WorldPay.
My guess is I'll have to cancel my account, then resubscribe, but I really don't want to do that right now, since I'm afraid I'll lose the time I have left in my free month. If that's what I have to do, I guess I'll have to wait till my free month is up.

there is a option to edit account details there.
however, i dont know if you can change the fequency. You may have to cancel and resubscribe. Your 'free' time should stay there though.
This is answered in the Neocron FAQ (http://neocron.jafc.de/showthread.php?s=&postid=888572#post888572), but basically you're correct, you have to cancel and re-subscribe.

Hmm, I did a search on the boards for subcription frequency and it didn't find anything. I think the search wasn't working right then, cause it came back with nothing found instantly.
Thanx.
Ok, this is getting ugly. I cancelled my subscription. Then when I went to resubscribe, I hit the VISA button instead of the MASTERCARD button. So when I typed in my CC #, it said it was invalid. Ok, no problem, I just clicked the "Start Over" button. I get it all correct this time, but now Neocron thinks I already DID pay for 3 months(even tho it never went thru) and ended up setting up my Futurepay payment on Worldpay with a date of first payment of DECEMBER 27th, instead of SEPTEMBER 27, when my free month runs out. I have no way of changing this.
I have sent an email to the accounts email at Neocron, but just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
