Skill + stats when do u cap a pe ?

im working on a rifle pe now is it possible to cap a pain easer with on a private eye ? i mean what skill and stats are needed for this ?

could any1 tell their their skills and stats and then say what their damage and freq is ?

and otherwise i always have the testserver ^.^ but i gotta configurate that again :/

i think it is possible to cap with about 160 rifle if it is artifact quality, i cant really remember too good as i haven't had a PE PE for sooooo long

PE can cap damage and aim on a pain easer without too much trouble (assuming you're going all out rifle specialist). Capping rate of fire is another matter entirely however - not sure if it's possible, and if it is not sure if it's possible without a psi monk casting a rifle booster on you (and/or being at a clan owned fortress).

sry i do play for 6 months and have a good tank and monk but this is my first rifle char never had a pistol one too so i guess im noob in that :)

Cap RoF is 170 yes (Its possible to reach that with the right implant setup)
Damage cap is 178% and isnt very hard too reach

I thought RoF cap was 210/min? I'm sure that's what I get on my TAR...

Anyway it's also quite easy to cap damage even if you have T-C. But you won't cap RoF very easily if you have T-C.

On topic: You'll need an artifact Pain Easer to do, but it is possible.

i can cap everything on my pe's pain easer, even with enough t-c to use rog i still cap dam and aiming with about 151 - 157 rounds per min freq.

but i dont use photopharama resistor, so im like the apu of the the PE world :p

its the only way without SA really :( to be offensively inclined ;)
