View Full Version : No Option To Pay - Account Expired

Okay, this doesn't make sense. I'm I don't something wrong? My account expired, I know this because it says when I try to log on.

- I went to the account page and clicked on "Account Information / Edit Account Status"

- I entered my account name and password and my account information came up.

- I do not see the option to pay. It also says my account is active.

This doesn't make sense. Does anyone know how I can pay for my account?

I don't want to pay by cash as it shows on the account page.

Where is the page to pay by credit cards :mad:

Nothing wrong with my credit card and I haven't used world pay before.

there IS in fact an option to start your subscription again.

as far as i know, however, the system has to register your account as inactive for it to be available.

I tried this link and I didn't get an option to renew or pay for my account. All it gave me was history information.

The first thing I did was find my WorldPay account information.

Then I cancelled my Neocron subscription.

Then I waited for 2 emails confirming the cancellation. The first email was from Neorcron. The second was from WorldPay.

Once I recieved the WorldPay cancellation information, I logged into Neorcon Accounts. At that time, I found the links to make payments.

I made my payment and linked it back to the WorldPay account.

Then I completed the transactions.

Now I can play again.
