View Full Version : I'm ashamed to ask but... how do I reactivate my account?

I know, it's stupid, but I can't figure out how to do it.

My account got cancelled.

Now I want to reactivate it.

I can log in, modify my adress... but there is no button to be seen that would lead me to the billing page...

Please, help, I'd like to play :)

There should be buttons at the bottom of the Account Info page to reactivate.. You're doing it from https://www.neocron.com/account, right?

And don't be ashamed. Much to the amusement/annoyance of my friends, I reactivated my account as well. ;)

"Account Information / Edit Account Status"

Thats where I reactivated from.

Account Status: cancelled (2003-09-05)

Since that account was canceled over 3 months ago, I believe that KK deletes them accounts (I could be wrong), at least all the characters with that account.

It was not cancelled that long ago, but today. the format is European type... it means 5th September (today), not 9th May.

In fact, the information as to how proces was finally provided to me via the French forum.

Officially, KK deletes accounts after 3 months. Unofficially, None have been deleted. <- was the answer i got from nid when i was poking about cancellation.

I could not remember my loggin, or actually ever going here before lol. But they sent me my account info on request. I was able to sort it out right away.

Its worldpay. They do the credid card stuff fer reactor.
