my account was expired. when we tried to reactivate it we cancelled it because it was using a different credit card than we would be using now. now i cant find how to reactivate it. i dont have the cdkey anymore either so i cant signup again. if anyone knows how to reactivate a cancelled account without the CDkey please reply.

you should be able to login using your old account details here (https://www.neocron.com/account/accinfo.php) and there should be a link to reactivate your account and allow you to use a new payment method

same with mine def, leave it for about 6 hours and you can reactivate your account normally for either 1, 3 or 6 months.
