With DoY, have the copy of Neocron be fully updated.

As in....when someone sees Dome of York/Neocron combo!! on the shelf at their local computer store and they buy it, when they get home it should start off being patched at 187, or whatever the closest patch level is to when the game is being finished.

This'll save new players from downloading 100 million patches auto-download style and it taking like 5 years for them to patch because they didn't realize you could manually download them 100x faster.

yeah, also, fix the patching bugs please.

The download version is something like 182, that saves a lot of hassle already. But I agree they need to clean up the package.
