Protopharm NPC - Mutant Limbs

I was just checking some notes and came across a message about this plot.

Was the NPC ever spawned , because I seem to remember at the time we couldn't find him ?

What would be the best way to get this activated ( even though it is about 3 months old) ? Would I just contact a GM in game and ask ?

I'm sure every clan that heard of it started hoarding the mutant limbs and have a stack of them.

I sold the ones I had stock piled ages ago.

I can't see them doing it now unless they re-announce it in the next Neochronicle.

Most of the stories up until recently usually have not had any basis in the actual game, such as a shipment being hijacked or such. I wouldn't bother mentioning this and just use the limbs for either cloning ammo, etc, or sell them to yo's.

they were diseased limbs and stuff.... spelt deseased but heh. u cant clone em or sell em, better to jus dump em in pepper park somewhere. keep the city clean! :eek:
