Write an ingame ticket dude, GMs don't come on the forums for this, so this probably wont get seen for a day, or two....or longer....

did u hit the little ? mark in top right corner of your client and submit a gm request for help if so than they will coem trust me been there and did that 3 times for the monk pa

Is the mission timed? If it is, Ingame Help wont work, GM's dont like to pay attention to that it seems most of the tme O_o

Help channel is player to player...

GM Tickets are done in Ticket run style setups, they're not "constantly monitored" (GMs can't do that without being constantly logged in, which means they constantly get spammed by morons), so generally you just have to wait until a GM does a Ticket run...
