Another legitmate option is Paint Shop Pro for about $90. If you shop around you can probably find it for less. It's not Photoshop but before i upgraded to Adobe for professional work, it was perfectly adequate for buddy icons, banners and avatars.

As a graphical artist (kinda) I need photoshop alot, However I am a student living in london and cannot afford to piss, let alone afford £400, so untill I am earning shit tons o' cash I will be useing my kazaa version :D

i try'd getting a recording prog off k**aa, but serial generators dont work so i just bought it :cool: but i only want a paintshop to design an ablum cover :cool:
