Faction Counsellor list?

is there a current list of faction counselors and their aides and all that stuff?

I ask because I don't think the ingame stuff works (not that I have used it lately, thanks to blaster (dad and I are almost certain its blaster, and he's pissed because he says he patched up long before blaster hit the net) , and the thread for faction counselors is HUGE... and so much chat on it...

Maybe the mods could make a sticked and locked thread that lists the current faction counselors?
