O/T Waaazup.com?

I've been using this as my place to host my signature. Oddly my avatar is still showing up, but the signature that is hosted there as well isn't showing up anymore.

So I went to the main site and it seems to either not exist anymore or is having some technical problems. Is this someone's website on the forums and they are just allowing people to upload stuff on there anymore? Or is it a free image file hosting service?
