1) Is it true Spy PA is finished, in retail and just awaiting your involvemement in a storyline?

1) I don't exactly know if there is a Spy PA on retail, but if it is, it is definately not the version I want to be in the game, since the last testserver patch includes a rework of the stats of ALL PAs.

2&3) See above The Spy PA will come with the next retail patch.

4) I guess so. Here are the Stats I worked out. However, those values are only final if you have a Spy PA in your hands and it has the same stats as listed below In short: The stats will LIKELY be like this, but may still be changed.
