Looking for a skillmanager w/implants

Is there a skill manager out there that not only has the base skill points but also allows you to manipulate implants to find a better setup through skills added from imps???

I could have sworn I found something like that once...maybe I was drunk :p

can you zip up the files that you have I d/l'd this and tried to open it in winrar, winzip, winace and all have errors trying to extract.

I zipped it up. Not sure why folks are having trouble with the original, I just dl'd and recompressed it without a problem. Using winrar3.2?

The one at neocronnetwork in that thread up there is the l3347est one Ive seen yet. Its got it all, and only like 1 error (extra point of energy). And the file can be edited so its no big deal. I will forever use this thing!
