You dont accept PM's so I have to ask you here.
I understand I need to speak to an NPC about DOY Tech parts for the Monk PA3 - I was told that the NPC was in K_14 - However there is only 1 DOY Guardian around. I suspect he has been killed but has not respawned.
Can you help ?
