I am trying to make Monk PA3 and need some DOY Tech parts - I was told to talk to the NPC on the ramp in K_14. The only person there is a 118/118 DOY Guardian, there is another Guardian by the house next to the road to the south, none of these start any dialogue when you click them.
I have logged and relogged a few times in the last couple of hours but the NPC does not appear, someone said he had probably been killed.
Anyone have an answer ?
