Not unless you went through the entire internet to every porn site and put every one of them individually on the blocklist. Just specifying keywords and stuff will always block out non-porn sites as well as porn, that's just the way it is.

Problem with filtering is you'd block a lot of legitimate sites. Reviews of Neocron, for example, that talk about hookers, strippers, and red light districts, might get blocked.
