That fuzz is also arround the other words - and it's due to JPEG quality loss.

My first impression is that is not photoshoped - or very well done.

But Mikey over there isn't releasing some more details... :P And i dont like guessing.... there's no point.

Hey, he was testing, testing how to dupe (notice all the cs's are the same :p) j/k anyway, the crap gun thing, its just npcs that gms put to give them to you (hey, want an aweeesome gun? Here, hehehe) and then you see the gun and it sucks *heartbreak* anyway, its their idea of a joke, the doy guy is a player, cause notice its 100/63 mobs have the same # on both sides, though test server ranks are nerfed so theyre incredibly low atm, it may be an old screeny though, and you see, mike was testing, dogtags work as they should, saying faction, player, and rank, and trade works perfectly, as well as item infos :p

It's likely not an old pic unless Mike's test char was overcapped previously - he's wearing PA4.

if you mean the big ( crap ) gun... i have one too on the testserver...an npc was giving it out for 2 days or so :)

:D . Ok i'm back . Was a great wedding if anyone cared. Screen shots were taking on TestServer 3 nights ago .

PA4 is wearable on Test now. As is the new line of melee PAs :)
