Other Forums?

I know there are a lot of player-developed websites. Are there any that have good forums? Even though I do feel it's necessary to keep 'inappropriate' content off of these boards, it would be nice to have a board where you could flame someone without repercussion...

[ Please don't post a 'bmxworld.com' or something and say that people talk about neocron there, I would like a Neocron only forum. ]

I'd point you to the ncr forums but it's pretty much GMs and banned people flaming each other, and Sigma tripping on his ego (sry Sigma, had to :p )

Plus, it's our sancturary, our leet hideout!
