A possible fix to necrons "lack of fun"

incoming new players, when you go into a sewer you see mabye one person if lucky, id like to see low level groups leveling in sewer, outzone ect. it would make neocron more of a game

I Think he means make a nOOb leveling area, or even limit the nOOb leveling areas we already have to concentrate them, & make it seem more interesting.

IMHO as long as nOObs know theres a world outside MC5 i think well be fine.
