I've cancelled both my accounts. Although I still have a couple months left on the primary since it was a 6 months subscription.
As per the request in the e-mail I received I sent in the reasons for the cancelling and would like to share those with the community. Since I can't tell anyone in game because of the constant Syncro problems. Which happens to be the final straw and the main reason I've gone ahead and flipped the switch.

As per your request I'm sending this e-mail to inform you of the reasons for cancelling both my accounts.
1) Synchronizing problems have got to the point where I can't do anything in game except look at the word "Synchronizing" with either the black background or the area my character is at for the background. I am on broadband connection with a good computer so it's not my end that's the problem. Below is a tracert I just ran to the login server and is typical of the type of pings I normally get. However, the last few patches have caused these problems to be worse with each patch while I continue to have the same good pings on tracert.

2) Bugs that have been around since the last phase of beta, primarily with droning, have still not been addressed. In fact more bugs have been added.
3) You have failed to deliver on promises made time and again. Specifically with the Spy class armors. Yet you quickly give new armors to the Monk class who already had armors for their primary stats.
4) Lastly the new GR settings have made travel and death a major nightmare. Congratulations, you have managed to turn a fun game into another Everquest clone with this new timesink.
