[FAO support] Level3 network problems

There seems to currently be an issue with Level3's Hamburg facility.
(this will affect most people connecting from the UK, and the US, I expect)

Network performance from the London/Hamburg transit, and uplinks back to NC's gameservers are currently showing an extra 125ms+ on ping, and sustained 25% packet loss.

Can someone from support please prod your Level3 contact and see what's up ?

Well, It hasn't been too bad for me - ave ping in-game has been 60-80 and I have noticed very little lag - fortunately.

my ping has been around 1000 since thursday so hehe
