Every day i wonder why, we dont get anything more of doy for months now, except bots and entrances.... get us some more screenshots or something kk, i think all of us re getting tired of waiting for nothing
This is gonna be JG/EP2 all over again, too little too late, and the game will die :(

From the 08-21 till the 08-24 is in Germany the "Games Convention".
According to the info side KK will present DoY there.
I hope we can be surprised :)

hehe well KK better be ready for the real world (not this forum) a few screen shots won't be able to fill up a couple of days worth. I expect this to give us some pretty good content about Doy.

If your going to the games convention in Germany you can see a level of DoY there :p
Martin, Thanny and Dafire will be there also. So some things will come out of that.

1. others are not stable (we are used to it)

5. The other zones haven't been fully decorated (npcs and such)
6. They can't show any more on the setup they'll have

8) People are only on the stand a few minutes - better to just show them your best stuff
9) It's probably an off-line demo or special build that had to take time away from other projects so why make it bigger and more complex than necessary
10) Exhibitions are a bad place to have "technical issues" - rule one of any expo : keep things simple.

I guess you don' t know about the Games Convention. It's a customer related expo. So there are 100.000 kids sitting at the machines, TRYING all new games a whole day. They have time.

Hmm, still yet to see people come up with a decent reason for why Neocron "has nothing left"....people have been saying that for yonks now, yet the game's pulled through quite easily.

Firstly - not all stands at these shows involve huge player-booths.
Secondly - Even those that do won't show full versions of unreleased software EVER for all the reasons given above.
Thirdly - Considering that people will spend 5-10 mins on the stand and that NC/DoY is an RPG requiring weeks or months to learn to any depth they won't see much if you just drop them into a char they know nothing about. Much better to create a simulation or at least a much more controlled environment for them to experience.
/edit - @helen - "pulled though" : yes, "easily" : not so sure.
