Big Problems with graffics can anyone help?

i have made a little network at home with a computer and a laptop, i have two different accounts one of them works fine, the other seem to have all the graffics flashing it s like watching the metrix.o_O
This happen every time i play both at the same time, otherwise i can still play and interact with the other player but the graffics are unbarable it s all dark and flashes at all time it like i could see the inside of the game.

i don t think that it is the graffic card 'cause i can read dvds on it.

So pls can anyone help me so i can play with my friends at the same time :p
