Laying the grit on MC5

a couple 'o goons n' myself are planning a little school outing to
MC5 to pick a fight with the locals there.

so far we've packed in some sleeping bags, mosquitoe repellant and a can of beans to boot.

we got three chunky lads with BIG sticks and a strange skinny dude in a cape with some bandages and a handfull of plasters (just incase we scrape our knees on some redneck noses)

anything else we should take along?

mebbe i'll try get more o' them rakish chaps in capes. but mostly i see they too busy runnin' around poisoning anything that as much as breathes in PP or in city sewers...

2 PPUs and 2 APUs and you can farm MC5 aslong as ya want. 1 PPU might do it if his good and could use tanks but they do less damage.

all u gotta do is concentrate on the commander; 1 apu and 2 ppus can do it in under 5 minutes. (hell i did it with 1 apu under 5 minutes a kill)

Best Team is 1APU- 2 PPU.

lol that was when the commander got stuck on something and could see me so i just energy barreled :D

1 ppu and 1 apu if theyre both good can clear mc5 in 45 seconds flat.

fastest time ive ever done mc5 is 38 seconds (timed) when hybrids were still viable me and another hybrid ran into the middle of there i damage boosted whilst he layed the holy firestorm down.

then i layed down some holy thunderstorm and everything was dead.

sync repeat

we spent 6 hours there got a total of 9 parts and left quite happy with our selfs till the next day they nerfed our monks and both of us refuse to lom

All you need is one APU. One APU can lay the smackdown on MC5 quite nicely. PPUs are for little girls. Yummy.

Hmmm, a TL3 heal, deflector, a dumb tank, a silly Monk and another even more stupid monk..Takes some time at level 20's and bellow, but if you work it right you can kill the commander after half hour, to an hour... though he drops nothing, can't even loot him...


Or are you talking about the hard MC5?

What kind of levels we talking here... I remeber me a lvl 40 ppu and a level 50 tank taking a wonder into MC5, Hey we lasted about 8 minutes until the other guys all zonned then game over ....

No really, with some good rare barrels, MC5 can be done in about 10 minutes by a single APU. Some would call it 'sploits. I call it MONK LOVIN'!

Nope , . With the removal of the glass. The only 3 'safe'areas are behind the walls.

Once u step out from behind these and shoot, u are targetted, the guards even come round the back of the wall.

the 'only' only way it could be done with one apu is to shoot, zone into the back roomm, repeat until comm is dead. (

However this would take LONGER than 10 mins if even possible at all. An apu monk unbuffed would never survive.

from a quick work out of how it effects my hybrid unbuffed compared to pe im guessing an unbuffed apu could take 2 hits before dying if specced purely for doing mc5 and nothing else.

ofc a healthy supply of drugs and medikits would also be needed

you`d have enough time to zone in dump 4 barrels and zone out
by time you`d healed it`d be time for rebarreling again

Thts BS m8 all ya need is a good PPU and u dont need 2 Zone 2 kill the com it can be done in 2 mins

edit :I was one of the PPUs. Although I had been once as an APU.
edit2: Levels.. hmm.. OKi 1 PPU capped psi, 90 odd int, 1 APU 98 (base)psi i think, int in 70's or 80's and little ole me who had 89(base)psi, INT in late 60's.
