How about a forum where you could get kicked from the forum or thread for insulting other people or making unconstructive statements? It would be even more useful than the brain port at getting to the bottom of game balance problems. Its really hard for anyone to constructively talk about anything with all the forum trolls running around and insulting everyone that says or does something they don't like.
