is helpdesk really really slow?

how long do you have to wait for a helpdesk to help you?

hear people whine bout having to wait a week ingame dunno if its for real...

I think it depends on how severe your problem is, i cant access my chars very often and danae answered within a few hours (i posted on friday night lol)..but when i lost all of my equipment to a bug it was a lot longer.

But hey.....could just be blind luck =)

well i put 2 or 3 emails to helpdesk...havn't got a reply in 2 weeks. So dunno.

3 requests for helpdesk so far.

First one got replied within one hour.
Second one sent on friday - had to wait until monday (of course).
Third one - no reply after one day, so i asked what's up and got an instant reply and fix.

I've done 1 in-game ticket, and got helped within the houre

The helpdesk out of game replied almost instantly to my email :D

If the helpdesk can help you with youre problem they will and as soon as they can, normally this is indeed pretty fast like within the hour, sumtimes a bit waiting but ya cant have everything in life hé, i am satisfied about the speed the helprequests being dealt with

Iv e-mailed Helpdesk twice... Both times no reply I assumed it was a "Deal with it™" and I did "Deal with it™"
