Can anyone give me a description of what the rare drugs are, where to find them and where they can be found?is there a guide somewhere?

Kri'nakh Mushrooms/Nightshade can be found on the Shaman boss in the Swamp cave, Tiger Blood (I think) only dropped off Larents during that storyline, Crescent tabs - no idea.

Cresent tabs were also Larent drops.
