Plenty of people have second accounts (or even third) on pluto so that muling thing is a LOAD of crap.

Most people on Uranus have 3 or even 4 combat chars.
I was going to have four combat chars myself except SSC needed a researcher...so my spy is a rifle spy researcher now :P

btw, I'm gonna end up chasing Ruri around anyway since the electric fairie is one of my fave chars..... :P

i have 4 chars on uranus (watch this for real effecient usage of 4 char servers)

1x droner dex 66 currently owns 1nc no armour no drones and no knife no imps and no spells
1x monk capped everything appart from int owns 1nc no armour no drones and no knife no implants no spells
1x pistol PE fully kitted out and almost completly capped (will cap next week)
1x 2/7 LE using tank sat in mc5 to help n00b chars and what have you.

as you can see not everyone uses their 4 chars as mules

Having now played on Pluto for a bit, I agree. The people who think they can afford a second account almost invariably get one. I would estimate it to be in excess of 10% of the population, but not by much.
